Devil is in the details
Our survey teams are qualified land surveyors who provide a true and accurate record of site level and detail.
Typically Soils’ Topographical Surveys include adjacent road to near kerb, street furniture, buildings and adjacent buildings with eave and ridge heights, all walls and fences with heights, changes of surface, ditches, banks and ponds, bushes, trees with dimensions, steps and ramps, drainage channels and gullies, service and manhole covers and vertical utility furniture i.e. lamps, columns, bollards etc.
The survey will be undertaken in accordance with the RICS specification for “Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at scales of 1:500 and larger”. The level of detail can be revised for individual client needs.
